Our approach
Sluice Consultancy is grounded in Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, a research tradition that takes lived experience seriously and asks what an experience means rather than how often it occurs.
The interview is where something becomes possible that wasn't before. A space for experience to be spoken carefully, and heard without agenda.
IPA prioritises rich, nuanced insight from a small number of participants over statistical patterns from large samples. A different kind of truth, and often a more useful one for educational settings.
Every engagement operates under a rigorous ethics framework. Participants speak freely because their confidentiality is genuinely protected. That protection is unconditional.
The output of every engagement, whether a leadership report or a personal document, is crafted to be genuinely usable: clear, honest, and grounded in what was actually said.
